Unidentified man fatally shot in Southwest Philly

An unidentified man was fatally shot Thursday evening in Southwest Philadelphia, police said.
The man, described as between 18 to 30 years old, was shot once in the chest shortly before 6:40 p.m. in the 5200 block of Woodland Avenue. Police took him to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center, where he was pronounced at 6:59 p.m.
No arrests were reported, and no other details were immediately available.
