Michael Days Elevated to Inquirer Vice President for Diversity and Inclusion
The position was created to systematically formalize how the company fully embraces diversity and inclusion throughout and better reflects the community it serves.
Days will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to identify and implement strategic opportunities to develop diverse candidate pipelines. This includes recruiting in local communities in which the Inquirer operates and, to the extent possible, ensure that the finalist pool for every position appropriately reflects that diversity. He will also explore best practices and develop strategies to create diverse internal leadership pipelines.
