The Eagles have announced their schedule for this year's training camp, which is moving to South Philadelphia after many years at Lehigh.

Rookies will report on July 22, and the full squad will assemble at the NovaCare Complex on July 25.

Three days after that, on July 28, the team will hold the first of five practice days at Lincoln Financial Field. Those sessions will be open to the public and free of charge. Tickets will be sold thorugh the Eagles' website and Ticketmaster starting on Tuesday, June 18 at 2 p.m.

Fans will be able to obtain up to eight tickets at a time. Seating at the stadium will be general admission by section. As of now, the team plans to only open the lower bowl, though Eagles president Don Smolenski said in a statement that they "will open up additional seats as needed."

The five days at the Linc will be July 28, August 5, August 11, August 17 and August 26. All sessions will start at 12:30 p.m., though the August 17 session will move to 8:15 a.m. if the start time of that day's Phillies game is changed for national TV.

Parking at Lincoln Financial Field for those practices will be free, with lots opening at 9:30 a.m. - three hours before the start of training sessions at 12:30 p.m. HeadHouse Plaza will open at 10:30 a.m., and the rest of the stadium's entry gates will open at 11:30 a.m.

On other days, the team will practice at the NovaCare Complex. Those sessions will be closed to the public, but the Eagles will invite what they called "a limited number" of season ticket holders to attend each day. Those people will be "randomly selected from every section of the stadium," according to the team.

The Eagles' home preseason games are August 9 against the New England Patriots (7:30 p.m.) and August 15 vs. the Carolina Panthers (7:30 p.m.).

Prior to the game against the Patriots, the Eagles will have two days of joint practices with New England at the NovaCare Complex on August 6 and 7. As with the other practice days, random season ticket holders will be invited to attend.

It's the first time that the Eagles have had joint practice sessions with with another team since 1998, when the Buffalo Bills visited Lehigh.
