Allie Sabia turned a penalty corner into the game-winning goal late in the game as Mount St. Joseph tripped visiting Merion Mercy, 2-1, on Tuesday in a Catholic Academies field hockey matchup.
Mount (10-1) led by 1-0 at halftime on Chrissy Pascalli's goal from Ann Burgoyne, but Merion (5-5) knotted the score late in the game when Courtney Devine assisted Meghan Sack's goal.
Sabia scored eight minutes later, pushing a shot past Golden Bears goalie Bonnie McShane, who had 18 saves.
In other Catholic Academies action, Villa Maria overwhelmed host Villa Joseph Marie, 8-0, with two goals each by Caroline Troncelliti and Kristen Walheim.
Central. Megan Ditrolio scored with 10 minutes, 39 seconds left in the second half as Radnor squeezed past host Harriton, 1-0. Goalie Madi Schutt guarded the Red Raiders' net.
