Did you know?: Soul wide receiver Larry Brackins will become the first professional to play in three football championship games for a Philadelphia team. Brackins caught two touchdown passes in the 2008 championship and one in last year's game. For the record, the Philadelphia Stars' USFL franchise played in two USFL title games before becoming the Baltimore Stars in 1985, and Chuck Bednarik was a member of the Eagles championship teams in 1949 and 1960, but was a senior at Penn when the Birds won the title in 1948.
