Two people were injured in a shooting at a Camden County Wawa on Sunday night

The Winslow Township Police Department and the Camden County Prosecutor's Office are investigating the incident.

Two people were shot inside a Wawa in Sicklerville Sunday night, according to Winslow Township police and the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office.

Winslow officers responded to a report of a person shot at the Wawa at 400 Sicklerville Rd. around 9 p.m. Sunday, the department said in a news release Monday.

At the Wawa, police found a 20-year-old man with a gunshot wound. He was taken to Cooper Norcross University Hospital in stable condition, police said.

Officers were later notified that another 20-year-old man with a gunshot wound walked into Washington Township’s Jefferson Hospital before he was taken to Cooper Norcross University Hospital in Camden.

No arrests have been made as of Monday afternoon, police said, and the investigation is ongoing.
