Rocky Balboa always represented the best of Philly. The city is finally loving him back.

The original Rocky statue has moved inside the Art Museum as part of a special exhibit honoring the film.

The Rocky statue, by A. Thomas Schomberg, was created for the 1982 movie Rocky III. The original version, presented by Sylvester Stallone to the City of Philadelphia after the filming, has moved all over, and now resides inside the Philadelphia Museum of Art. A second casting of the statue currently sits atop the famous Art Museum steps.
