Inside Jacquin's 140-year-old factory in Kensington

Jacquin's has been in Philly for over a century, but you may not recognize the name till you see a bottle of Creme de Cacao, the same bottle you've probably seen on the back bar of any Philly dive bar. Besides cordials, the liquor manufacturer's portfolio includes Pennsylvania Dutch eggnog, Union Forge vodka, a line of ready-to-drink espresso martinis, Irish cream liqueur, and more. We go inside the Jacquin's factory, parts of which feature the same postwar (potentially post-Prohibition) equipment from its earliest years. The company has plans to add a new tasting room and start tours in the near future.
