What it looks like to ride a bike down Philly's changing Washington Avenue

Last week, the city announced new plans for making Washington Avenue safer. While one proposal is a safe option for drivers, bicyclists and pedestrians, another could make it more difficult for people to cross, especially disabled or older residents.
