The Eagles took a 21-18 fourth-quarter lead against the Panthers on Sunday after Jalen Hurts scored on a 6-yard touchdown run and then passed to DeVonta Smith for a successful two-point conversion.

The touchdown came at a crucial time for the Eagles after they failed to convert on fourth down in Panthers territory. But the defense came through with a three-and-out, and T.J. Edwards then blocked the Panthers punt to give the Eagles the ball back at the Carolina 27-yard line.
