N. Philly man shot dead in Germantown

Police are investigating the shooting death of a 21-year-old North Philadelphia late Monday in Germantown. Officers who found Tyrek B. Autrey with multiple gunshot wounds on the 4500 block of Morris Street about 10:05 a.m. rushed him to Temple University Hospital, but he died a short time later, police said.

Police are investigating the shooting death of a 21-year-old North Philadelphia late Monday in Germantown.

Officers who found Tyrek B. Autrey with multiple gunshot wounds on the 4500 block of Morris Street about 10:05 a.m. rushed him to Temple University Hospital, but he died a short time later, police said.

Investigators have not disclosed a possible motive in the slaying of Autrey, who lived on the 1000 block of West York Street.
