Boy, 15, killed by tractor-trailer in Bridesburg
The accident occurred just before 7:30 p.m. at Fraley and Tacony Streets.
A 15-year-old boy riding a scooter was fatally struck by a tractor-trailer Tuesday night in the city’s Bridesburg section, police said.
Shortly before 7:30 p.m., the teen was traveling east on Fraley Street when he was hit by the truck going south on Tacony Street, police said. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the tractor-trailer remained on location. The accident was under investigation.
