A 34-year-old woman has been charged with assault by automobile and other counts in car crash into a Pennsauken pizzeria that injured three people earlier this month, Camden County Prosecutor Mary Eva Colalillo said.

Kimberly Killion, of Pennsauken, allegedly was driving under the influence when her vehicle crashed into Flying Crust Pizza, 7709 Park Ave, on May 3. Three men inside the pizzeria suffered minor injuries, officials said. Killion was taken to a local hospital where she consented to have blood drawn and was found to be over the legal limit for alcohol, Colalillo said.

She is a fifth-grade teacher at Pennsauken Intermediate School and also the daughter of Pennsauken Mayor Jack Killion.
