Man killed in Germantown shooting

The shooting happened in the 5200 block of Knox Street.

A 32-year-old man was killed in a shooting Thursday afternoon in the city’s Germantown section, police said.

The man, who was not identified, was outside in the 5200 block of Knox Street shortly after 1 p.m. when he was shot several times in the head, police said.

Medics pronounced him dead at the scene. Police did not immediately report other details.
