A Republican political action committee is sending Pennsylvania voters a mailer warning that members of the state Supreme Court āgerrymandered our congressional districts to help Democrats win.ā
The postcard even provides a picture of a map with wildly shaped districts circled in red.
The issue? The pictured map was not drawn by Pennsylvaniaās Supreme Court; it was drawn by legislative Republicans and thrown out by the justices as an unconstitutional gerrymander.
The misleading mailer even made its way to the home of one of three justices standing for retention in November.
