Modern comedy greats Judd Apatow, Artie Lange, and Pete Holmes are hitting the road in support of the HBO comedy series Crashing, and Philly is getting a taste this February.
The comedy trio will hit the Trocadero on Friday, Feb. 10, at 7 p.m. for a stop on what has been dubbed the "Crashing Comedy Tour." Tickets for the stop are currently on sale via the Trocadero website and box office. VIP tickets include a signed poster and a meet-and-greet with the comedians.
The shows on the "Crashing Comedy Tour" will benefit "various charities," according to a release. The Philadelphia show is one of four stops on the tour, and will feature special, as-yet-unannounced guests.
Crashing is set to premiere on HBO on Feb. 19 at 10:30 p.m. Starring Pete Holmes, the show follows a comedy-loving suburbanite who weds his childhood girlfriend. Holmes' character's wife ultimately cheats on him, subsequently giving him the courage to pursue a comedy career.
The show features Artie Lange, with Judd Apatow serving as executive producer.
