Circles to Northern Liberties
It's taking a former pizza shop on Second St.
Circles, the South Philly BYOB that many cognoscenti deem the best Thai restaurant in the city, is coming to Northern Liberties.
Owner Alex Boonphaya tells me the location of the satellite will be 812 N. Second St., a former pizza shop.
He's hoping to open in March or April.
