Paul's menu

Six apps, six entrees, 28 seats, nothing over 29 bucks. Simple.

Paul, a new-American BYOB, opens Tuesday evening (7/21) at 1120 Pine St., a tiny sibling across the street from Effie's, the Greek joint at Pine and Quince Streets in Wash West.

Here's the menu from chef Adam Merlin (Effie's, Georges'), backed by Joshua Noh (Pumpkin, Chifa). Nights of operation will be Tuesdays through Sundays.
