Want to be a TV traffic reporter?

A new service has openings for a dozen people who can pronounce "Schuylkill."

You've watched TV traffic reports and thought, "I can do that. If only..."

"If only" what? You could pronounce "Schuylkill"?

That time has come.

A new service called Tango Traffic has partnered with MyPHL17, and it promises to deliver 24/7 info for Philly. It will be carried on WPHL digital channel 17.4 and on mobile devices.

Launch will be Jan. 1.

Open casting calls for reporters will be held from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Nov. 13 at PHL17 studios, 5001 Wynnefield Ave. (Don't ask for directions.)

Hopefuls can also audition by sending videos and resumes to www.tangotraffic.com.
