Fairmount Ventures, a Philadelphia firm that offers planning and fund-raising services to nonprofit, philanthropic, and public agencies, has named Margarita Mirkil as managing director. She had been executive director of La Comunidad Hispaña, a nonprofit in Kennett Square.

Fairmount Ventures, a Philadelphia firm that offers planning and fund-raising services to nonprofit, philanthropic, and public agencies, has named Margarita Mirkil as managing director. She had been executive director of La Comunidad Hispaña, a nonprofit in Kennett Square.

Tabula Rasa HealthCare, Moorestown, has promoted general counsel and chief strategy officer Brian J. Litten to lead the new Office of Strategy Development. He will retain the title of chief strategy officer. Kevin J. Dill has been named general counsel and chief compliance officer. He held the same post at Olympus Corp. of the Americas.

Continuum Health Alliance, a physician-enablement company in Marlton, has hired Peter Bailey as president and chief operating officer. He had been CEO of LabVantage Solutions, an enterprise software and services firm. Mark Glickman has been named chief commercial officer. He had been vice president of Enterprise Sales at ZirMed. Tim Weldon has been named general manager and senior vice president of value-based care. He had been vice president and general manager of sales for Wellcentive.

Bentley Systems Inc., an Exton software company, has hired Claire Rutkowski as chief information officer. She had been CIO at MWH Global.

Deb Palochak has been hired as senior vice president of commercial lending at Spring Garden Lending Group, which specializes in short-term loans to acquire, rehab, construct, and refinance real-estate investment properties in Philadelphia and the suburbs. She had been senior vice president and team leader of commercial lending at Valley Green Bank.

Stephen Buckley has been appointed leader of the Northeast planning, environment, and traffic practice at WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff, a Philadelphia engineering and professional-services organization. He had been general manager for transportation services for the City of Toronto and director of policy and planning for the deputy mayor for transportation and utilities, and deputy commissioner for transportation in Philadelphia.

Penn Community Bank, Doylestown, has hired longtime financial analyst Stephen A. Lackner as director of fee-based business, ERM, and profitability. He had been a senior controller at National Penn Wealth Management Group.

Vertex Inc., a Berwyn tax-software company, has named David DeStefano CEO. He joined the company as chief financial officer in 1999. DeStefano succeeds Jeff Westphal as CEO. Westphal will remain chairman of the company, founded in 1978.

Brad A. Molotsky has joined Duane Morris LLP as a partner in the firm's real estate and energy, environment, and resources practice groups. He had been executive vice president, general counsel, and corporate secretary at Brandywine Realty Trust for 18 years.

Marketri LLC, a Doylestown strategic-marketing firm, has hired George Jacob as senior marketing manager. He had been marketing manager at PeopleMetrics in Philadelphia.

Gene Chikowski has joined Gordon & Rees as a partner in the firm's Philadelphia office. He is a member of the business transactions and bankruptcy, restructuring, and creditors' rights practice groups. He had been a partner at Flaster Greenberg, Philadelphia.

AC Lordi, a boutique accounting and management consulting firm in Malvern, has said Bill Dawson is now responsible for five service lines: internal audit, Sarbanes-Oxley, regulatory compliance, enterprise risk management, and systems audit and consulting.

Museum of the American Revolution, Philadelphia, has hired Mark A. Turdo as curator. Turdo previously served as curator for the Peter Wentz Farmstead in Lansdale, a temporary headquarters for Gen. George Washington and his staff in fall 1777 during the Revolutionary War.

Montgomery McCracken has hired Katharine M. Ladd as an associate in the firm's Philadelphia office. She had been an associate with an AmLaw 100 firm in its Washington office.

Joseph Guzzi has been promoted to Pennsylvania office leader in the Philadelphia office of infrastructure company HNTB. He retains vice president.

Women's Resource Center, a Wayne nonprofit that supports women and strengthens families, has named Cheryl Brubaker executive director. She had been senior director of development at Central Bucks YMCA.

Stephan Stoeckl has been named executive director of Philadelphia Boys Choir and Chorale. He had been director of marketing services for global market research leader TNS. Jeffrey R. Smith, the choir's music director since 2004, has been named artistic director.

Joseph A. Acosta, Caitlin C. Harney, and Linda M. Payne have joined Capehart Scatchard, Mount Laurel, as associates in its workers' compensation department. Acosta clerked for Judge Richard J. Geiger in New Jersey Superior Court, Cumberland County. Harney clerked for Judge Timothy W. Chell in New Jersey Superior Court, Gloucester County. Payne had been an associate at Smedley & Lis LLC.

Acuity Healthcare, an employee-owned long-term acute-care hospital company based in Charlotte, N.C., has named Monica Titus CEO of Lourdes Specialty Hospital of Southern New Jersey. Titus, who is currently CEO for Acuity Specialty Hospital of New Jersey, Atlantic City, will serve as CEO for both hospitals.

William Mohnacs has joined Customers Bank as vice president, commercial lending, in the Philadelphia market. He had been vice president of commercial and government guaranteed lending at East River Bank in Philadelphia.

Alex J. Baumler has joined Lamb McErlane PC as an associate. He held the same post at Linn Law Group LLC, Cranberry.

D&H Global Tax Group, Philadelphia, has promoted Mary Manieri to director, from senior accounting manager. Josette Traversa has been promoted to senior tax manager, from tax manager.

Joshua Kreusser joined Devon Financial Partners, LLC as a financial representative. He had previously been an advisor with Karr Barth Associates-AXA Advisors.

Parker McCay, Mount Laurel, has hired retired Judge Louis R. Meloni as a chair of the firm's alternative dispute resolution practice area. Meloni served for 14 years as a trial judge in the Civil, Criminal, and Family Divisions of New Jersey Superior Court in Camden County.

Kistler Tiffany Benefits, a private employee-benefits firm in Berwyn, has announced that William O. Daggett Jr., CEO and founder, has transitioned the post of CEO to Shawn N. Orenstein. Joseph Dowd, current company vice president, will serve as president while Daggett assumes the position of chairman. Orenstein had been president.
