MCB buys Drexeline Shopping Center
MCB Real Estate LLC of Baltimore has acquired Upper Darby's ShopRite-anchored Drexeline Shopping Center on State Road near Route 1, according James Galbally, a managing director at real estate services firm JLL in Philadelphia.

MCB Real Estate LLC of Baltimore has acquired Upper Darby's ShopRite-anchored Drexeline Shopping Center on State Road near Route 1, according James Galbally, a managing director at real estate services firm JLL in Philadelphia.
MCB completed its purchase of the 65-year-old 265,825-square-foot shopping center from the family of the property's original developer on March 2, Galbally said in an e-mail.
Galbally did not disclose the purchase price, but characterized it as the Philadelphia market's largest retail property sale so far this year. MCB managing partner P. David Bramble did not reply to a phone message asking about plans for the center.
