Behavioral-health provider Rogers Memorial Hospital has signed a lease for 11,000 square feet on the first floor of the Monroe Office Center in the Presidential City residential complex just off City Avenue near the Schuylkill Expressway.
The hospital is one of five new tenants leasing a total of more than 22,000 square feet at the two-story office building at 1 Winding Dr., according to a release Tuesday from TDK Commercial Advisors, which represented property owner Post Bros. in the deal.
Other new tenants include Children’s Choice Inc., which provides foster-care and adoption services, and take-out sushi producer Jason’s Toridasu, which is locating its corporate office in the building.
