Unidentified man killed in Port Richmond street shooting

An unidentified man was fatally shot Wednesday night in the city's Port Richmond section, police said.

Just before 8:30 p.m. at Monmouth and Gaul Streets, the victim was shot four times in the upper torso while on the street. Police rushed him to Temple University Hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 9:22 p.m.

Police reported no arrests or motive.
