Man, 22, fatally wounded in Kensington
The victim, identified as Terrence Williams, 22, was shot in the chest and lower back while at Rorer and Westmoreland Streets at about 4:15 p.m. Sunday.

Police on Monday were continuing to investigate a fatal shooting over the weekend of a 22-year-old man in the city's Kensington neighborhood.
About 4:15 p.m. Sunday, the victim, identified as Terrence Williams, was shot in the chest and lower back while at Rorer and Westmoreland Streets. Williams, of the 900 block of Poplar Street in North Philadelphia, was taken to Temple University Hospital, where he was pronounced dead about 40 minutes later.
No arrest was reported. The motive for the shooting was not known.
