Eagles linebacker Mychal Kendricks is inactive for Monday's game against the Washington Redskins. Kendricks, who had 15 tackles in the Eagles' last game, was questionable with a hamstring injury.

Cornerback Ronald Darby is also inactive, as expected. He's missing his sixth consecutive game with an ankle injury. The other inactives are wide receiver Shelton Gibson, defensive tackle Justin Hamilton, defensive end Steven Means, defensive tackle Elijah Qualls, and offensive lineman Chance Warmack.

With Kendricks inactive, Najee Goode would likely start in his place when the Eagles are in base defense. Linebacker Jordan Hicks, who was questionable with a calf injury, is active as expected. Hicks and Nigel Bradham will be the Eagles' top linebackers. Kendricks' absence means rookie Nate Gerry is active for his first game on the active roster.

Isaac Seumalo is active over Chance Warmack, who is back to being a healthy scratch. Warmack started earlier this season before Stefen Wisniewski took over the job full-time.

Destiny Vaeao is playing for the first time since the season opener. That's why Hamilton and Qualls are healthy scratches.
