Rally at City Hall calls for elected officials to do more to stop gun violence

Around 100 people gathered outside the North Apron of City Hall on an unseasonably warm Friday afternoon to demand more action to stop the gun violence in Philadelphia on March 26, 2021. The rally was led by Jamal Johnson, who went on a hunger strike twice in the past couple of months, calling on Mayor Kenney to do more to end the epidemic. The group on Friday called for the city to invest more in communities.
