Inside Red Gravy Goods, Philly’s new gift shop with a custom hat patch bar

The front of Red Gravy Goods is a hodgepodge of Philly-coded food paraphernalia, from shimmering Italian cookie ornaments to a candle that smells exactly like a soft pretzel. At the back of the store, meanwhile, you’ll find the custom hat patch bar, where customers can choose a Philly-themed hat for $34, and then add patches from what will eventually become a line of roughly 250 patches.
