After machine set-up issues delayed the opening of three Chester County polling places, the Court of Common Pleas has granted a 30-minute extension of voting hours for those locations.

Easttown Library at 720 First Ave. in Berwyn, St. John’s Presbyterian Church at 217 Berkley Rd. in Devon, and Goshen Baptist Church at 1451 West Chester Pike in West Chester will each stay open until 8:30 p.m. Votes cast after 8 p.m. will be on provisional ballots, officials said.

The ballot drop box at the Easttown Library & Information Center will still close at 8 p.m., as will all other precincts in Chester County.
