Bicyclist hit by SEPTA bus in Northeast Philly
The accident occurred on Bustleton Avenue near Comly Street.
A man riding a bicycle suffered non-life-threatening injuries Monday night when he was struck by a SEPTA bus in Northeast Philadelphia, an agency spokesperson said.
Around 8:40 p.m., the man was hit by a Route 14 bus on Bustleton Avenue near Comly Street, said SEPTA spokesperson Andrew Busch. The man was transported to Jefferson Torresdale Hospital with a broken arm and a head injury. No one on the bus was hurt.
The cause of the accident was under investigation.
