Police ID weekend slaying victims
The two men killed this weekend were identified today by police. No arrests have been made in either case, and the motives in both slayings are unknown.
Weymouth Street near Cheltenham Avenue, Crescentville
Linden Henry, 32, of Hamilton Avenue near Rockwell Road in Willow Grove, Montgomery County, was found inside a white Cadillac de Ville about 6:18 p.m. Friday by officers from the 15th District, police spokeswoman Officer Leeloni Palmera said today.
Henry had been shot several times in the head and was pronounced at the scene.
Ridge Avenue near 29th Street, Strawberry Mansion
Early Sunday, Kyleaf Gordon, 23, was shot several times in the back, leg and head Sunday, police spokeswoman Officer Tanya Little said.
Gordon, who lived at Page Street near Croskey in North Philadelphia, was taken to Temple University Hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 2:06 a.m.
