Kim Kardashian, Kanye West welcome baby girl

Kanye can pass down that leather skirt now.

Baby's here!

Kim Kardashian, 32, was not expecting her child with Kanye West, 36, for another five weeks, but their baby girl arrived as an early, sweet surprise for Father's Day, reports TMZ and Us Weekly.

The child was delivered at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles Saturday morning via emergency Caesarian section.

On the June 2 premiere of "Keeping Up With the Kardashians," the mom-to-be gushed, "Like, who doesn't want a girl? They're the best. And I know that's what Kanye has always wanted. He wanted a little girl."

After being friends for years, the couple started dating last April. On Dec. 30 during his performance at Revel in Atlantic City, West announced Kardashian's pregnancy in song form: "Now you having my baby," he said to his girlfriend. "Can you make some noise for my baby mama?" before the roaring crowd of 5,000 packed in Ovation Hall. Kardashian responded on her website, "It's true!! Kanye and I are expecting a baby. We feel so blessed and lucky and wish that in addition to both of our families, his mom and my dad could be here to celebrate this special time with us."

In a recent interview with the NY Times, West, whose album "Yeezus" which leaked online Friday, shared his thoughts on being a father: "I don't want to explain too much into what my thoughts on, you know, fatherhood are, because I've not fully developed those thoughts yet. I don't have a kid yet," he said in the piece published Tuesday.

Though Kanye did make one point clear: "I would do anything to protect my child or my child's mother." He added, "Like, this is my baby. This isn't America's baby."

Reports indicate West was with Kardashian as she went into labor, skipping his new album release party to be with Kim and now, his first child.

The youngest kid Kardashian joins Mason, 3, and Penelope, who turns 1 in July, both children of Kim's older sister, Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick.

Welcome to the world of parenting, KimYe. More to come.
