So how does being a quarterback influence one's business leadership style?
"As a quarterback, you have no more than three seconds to make a decision," former Eagles quarterback Ron Jaworski told me during our Leadership Agenda interview published in Monday's Philadelphia Inquirer. "And your decision can determine the outcome of that play. As much as I like to be thoughtful and think things through in my decision making -- I don't like knee jerk decisions -- but I'm not afraid to make decisions."
Is decision making innate or learned, I asked.
