The girls got right to work hard boiling eggs and washing and tearing the kale for the salad.  While Deanna massaged the dressing into the kale leaves to make them more tender and flavorful, Tanasha, Lyric, Angel and Brianna prepped the veggies and fruit.  Since some of the girls are not fond of eggs, everything was served in individual bowls so pitas pockets could be assembled at the table using their favorite ingredients including broccoli, carrots, avocado, tomato, beans, dill, hummus, celery and of course, eggs.
