Bosses with the Sauces

We ended our cooking sessions with a bang! We put our cooking skills to task and were able to make two dishes in one session. We double backed and made our group favorite Fish Tacos/Quick Pickled Slaw. Qua'Niya and Jalea were bosses with the sauces! They did a great job making the sauce for pickled slaw and the cabbage slaw. While Ms.Atkins and Noni added some spice to the stuffed peopers. "Wow these are spicy"! said one of our guests. Tonight and all of our classes were a huge success. What a wonderful learning experience!
