Carrot cake sweet even without icing

Well this meal was a hit! They cleaned their plates and decided this was the meal they would cook next week for their families. Leila Waites thought it tasted like heaven on earth! Before tasting the carrot muffins, someone suggested adding the cream cheese icing next week for our guests. But as soon as we tasted them, we immediately decided they were already sweet enough without the icing.
