The chefs grated cauliflower so enthusiastically that, at times, they made it "rain" cauliflower in our kitchen. Once we sat down the eat, the silence indicated how much everyone enjoyed the meal. Only forks scraping plates could be heard. With plates cleaned, students excitedly discussed who would receive their Week 8, "Save the Date" cards and what we might serve for our final night.
