Everyone was excited to begin after reading the recipe for the salmon. Artem Gritsaev told us about marinades and Emily Balibar explained how her dad glazes the meat on the grill. They worked with Ms. Munafo preparing the salmon while Firdavs Karshiev, Shirin Nurullaeva and Julien Rodriguez cut up the veggies and made the dressing with Ms. Pupis. We still had time to review place settings, liquid and dry measurements and washing and drying dishes. The salmon was a winner for everyone but Artem, who did taste it. Even the veggies were gone.
