MIxed views on marinade, veggies too tangy

Marinate became the word of the day.  Although the salmon wasn't to everybody's liking, all agreed the marinade added flavor. The young chefs felt that the broccoli and carrots were too tangy and that the vinegar made the vegetables a bit bitter.  On to the next meal!
