Two years after taking the plunge into the coffeeshop business with Lombard Cafe, real estate agent Matthew Lattanzio plans to open a second cafe not too far away.
He's taking over the short-lived Arterial Agents shop at the corner of Seventh and Sansom Streets on Jewelers Row, which closed in January. It's mere doors from the storefronts that Toll Bros. plans raze to erect a 29-story condo tower.
Lattanzio says he expects to open in July.
