Last night, dozens of chefs from 40-some restaurants competed in the Philly Mag-sponsored benefit for the Ronald McDonald House at the Loews Hotel.

The winners:

Best Display: Buddakan

Best Appetizer: Chew Man Chu (steamed pork bun by chef Tyson Wong)

Best Dessert: Apollinare (crescionda con gelato by chef Andrea Scatacci)

Best Entree: Derek's (smoked braised pork shoulder by chef Derek Davis)

Dish of the Year: Moshulu's diver scallops (by Chef Ralph Fernandez, who received $1,000)
