Sabrina's Cafe to open in Collingswood
It will take 714 Haddon Ave., the onetime Woolworth's store on the town's main drag.
NJ PEN.com has the news that Sabrina's Cafe - the quartet of bruncheries in Philly and Wynnewood - plans a Collingswood location.
It is targeting a mid-August opening at 714 Haddon Ave., the former Woolworth's store that has been a veritable revolving door - West Side Gravy, Blackbird Dining Establishment, Benny's Burger Joint, and Local Collingswood (a grocery that closed after three weeks last winter).
The move also will set up competition with The Pop Shop right across the street.
Patric Ciervo of Main Street Realty, which owns the building, said he had been pursuing Sabrina's owners Robert and Raquel De Abreu for a decade.
