He'll leave at the end of July to become chef-partner at Tavro 13, a top-to-bottom renovation of the South Jersey landmark Old Swedes Inn in Swedesboro, he and Fork owner Ellen Yin confirm.
"I'm taking the long view here," said Feury, who turns 45 tomorrow. "This is a pretty exciting project and [co-owner Gus Tzitzifas] is a dynamic guy to work with. Fork has been an awesome venue and Ellen facilitated me to come onboard and focus on food and the guest experience. But it's time for me to grow a little bit more."
