Conshohocken Brewing Co., which launched in Conshy in 2014 and expanded to Bridgeport with a full-service restaurant and a small brewhouse in summer 2016, will pop out two more locations later this year, possibly by late summer or fall.

One will be at 230 Bridge St. in Phoenixville, whose beer scene is positively exploding. The location is the former longtime home of Heidi Sue, a variety store, and is but a few doors from Crowded Castle. Longtime borough brewpub Iron Hill Restaurant & Brewery also has been joined in the borough by Stable 12 Brewing Co. and Root Down Brewing Co.

The other Conshohocken Brewing location will fill the former Nais Cuisine restaurant at 13-17 W. Benedict Ave. in Havertown.

Conshy, part-owned by radio personality Glen Macnow, did very well in The Inquirer's recent Brewvitational beer-tasting, landing finalists in all three categories — Conshopfen Huell Melon Helles (lager), Life Coach Session IPA (new), and Type A IPA (2nd-place flagship).
