Edward Chang has been elected partner, consumer financial services and commercial litigation, at Blank Rome L.L.P., Philadelphia. He had been of counsel.

Heidrick & Struggles International Inc., Chicago, a professional-services firm focused on serving the leadership needs of organizations globally, has named Alyse Bodine as principal-in-charge of its Philadelphia office. Bodine also is a member of the firm's financial officers practice. The University of Pennsylvania alumna has been a principal with the firm for nearly 10 years.

The Chester County Chamber of Business & Industry, Malvern, named Guy Ciarrocchi president & CEO, effective Jan. 27. He had been chief of staff for Lt. Gov. Jim Cawley, director of public affairs for the Archdiocese of Philadelphia, Region III director for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, and chief of staff for U.S. Rep. Jim Gerlach.

TD Bank named Judith N. Exantus vice president, store manager of its Old City branch. She had been store manager of a branch in Feasterville.

Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin, Philadelphia, elected Aaron E. Moore, Eric A. Packel, Elizabeth Underwood Pope, Jennifer P. Reno, and David S. Wolf shareholders of the firm.

DLA Piper said Carl Buchholz will become the chair of the firm's Philadelphia Litigation Group, stepping in for Carl Hittinger, who recently became cochair of the firm's U.S. Antitrust and Trade-Regulation Group. Buchholz joined DLA Piper in late 2012 from Blank Rome L.L.P., where he served as managing partner and CEO from 2006 to 2010.

James Bradley has been appointed professor of surgery at Temple University School of Medicine and chief of the division of plastic and reconstructive surgery in the department of surgery at Temple University Hospital. He held multiple titles at the UCLA Ronald Reagan Medical Center, including director of craniofacial surgery, Bernard Sarnat chair of craniofacial research, chief of the division of plastic surgery at UCLA Olive-View Medical Center, and chief of pediatric plastic surgery at Mattel Children's Hospital.

NBN Group, a home health-care services company in Cherry Hill, named William J. Begley general counsel. He was a founding partner in Begley, McCloskey & Gaskill, later Begley & Gaskill.

Bancroft, a Haddonfield nonprofit provider of programs and supports for children and adults with autism, acquired brain injuries, and other intellectual or developmental disabilities, named Sean Ramsden director of communications and brand. He had been director of editorial services in the office of university communications at Rider University.

Rob Spadaford has been hired as a financial professional with Devon Financial Partners, Wayne. He had been a financial consultant with AXA Advisors L.L.C. and Karr Barth Associates.

Halfpenny Technologies Inc., a Blue Bell firm that builds electronic medical record connections for medical practices and laboratories, hired Jack Redding to be senior vice president of sales and marketing. Redding was head of the clinical laboratory outreach program at Mount Sinai Hospital, New York.

MacElree Harvey Ltd., West Chester, hired Toby True as an associate in the firm's business law department. True was an attorney and commercial title officer at MH from Land Services USA.

Thomas Jefferson University and Hospitals announced the following promotions:

   Lee Landau, to senior vice president and chief marketing officer from senior director, marketing and special events.

Chris Smith, to senior director of digital strategy and access from senior director, marketing operations.

Barbara Henderson, to senior director of communications from director, communications.

Jackie Kozloski, to senior director of public affairs from director, public relations.

Barbara Giletto-Patterson, to senior director of marketing from director, marketing.

Michele Guerrieri, to senior director of creative services from director of JeffGraphics.

Liberty Property Trust, Malvern, hired Herman C. Fala to be general counsel. He chaired the real estate practice group at Cozen O'Connor, Philadelphia.

Archer & Buchanan Architecture Ltd., West Chester, hired Bridget O'Brien as an interior designer and director of marketing. She had been an architectural designer at BartonPartners Inc. in Norristown.

   Laura Woolford recently returned to Archer & Buchanan after having previously worked as an architectural intern at the firm and at JKR Partners L.L.C.

Burns White promoted David M. McGeady of its Philadelphia office to member of the firm. McGeady, who joined Burns White in 2007, brings a 17-year career in nursing to his practice defending health-care facilities and medical professionals in professional-liability and medical-malpractice claims.

Benjamin F. Johns was promoted to partner from associate at the law firm Chimicles & Tikellis L.L.P. in Haverford.

Urban Engineers, Philadelphia, promoted the following to vice president: Orla Pease, who leads the firm's Traffic Consulting Division in Pennsylvania; Ed Fronczkiewicz Jr., the firm's assistant counsel; John Holak Jr., who leads the firm's Risk Assessment Practice, and Scott Forbes, who leads the firm's Texas operations.

Radian Guaranty Inc., the Philadelphia mortgage insurance subsidiary of Radian Group Inc., promoted Barbara Badaracca to account executive for Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia. She had been a loan-modification specialist.

Matthew C. Sullivan has been promoted to partner at the environmental, energy, and land-use law firm Manko, Gold, Katcher & Fox L.L.P., based in Bala Cynwyd.

ParenteBeard promoted Scott Croff, principal in the firm's small-business practice in the Cherry Hill office, from senior manager.

Abby M. Wenzel and Bernard Lee will cochair the real estate practice group at Cozen O'Connor, Philadelphia. They replace current chair Herman C. Fala, who is taking over as general counsel at longtime client Liberty Property Trust. Wenzel and Lee both joined Cozen O'Connor in April 2009 from Wolf Block.

Eastburn and Gray P.C., Doylestown, elected Michael J. Savona shareholder. Savona is a member of the firm's land use and zoning, litigation and municipal law practice groups.

Trico Lift, Mickleton, hired Chuck Heintz as an industrial sales representative and Rudy Limon as account manager. Heintz had been a national account manager at Godwin, a Xylem brand. Limon had been an account manager with H & E Equipment.

Global Spectrum, operators of the Liacouras Center on the campus of Temple University, have named Joe Sheridan the venue's new general manager. He had been the assistant general manager at the Wells Fargo Center, Global Spectrum's flagship arena.

Mark Weiner has been appointed chief medical information officer for Temple University Health System, assistant dean of Informatics for Temple University School of Medicine, and professor of Clinical Sciences in the School of Medicine's Department of Clinical Sciences. Weiner comes to Temple from AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals in Wilmington, where he served as senior director of research and development informatics. - Mike Zebe
