Lenape Valley Foundation, a Doylestown nonprofit provider of mental-health, substance-use, intellectual and early-intervention services, has elected the following new officers to its board: David Bailey, former lead scientist, Agricultural Research Service, U.S. Department of Agriculture, president; Robert J. Rogala, former director/senior human-resources business partner at Alfa Laval Inc., vice president; Wesley G. Pericone, principal at Wesley G. Pericone P.C., treasurer, and Lisa Bodine, partner at Penn Wealth Planning L.L.C., secretary.

Ballard Spahr chief diversity officer Virginia G. Essandoh has been named a fellow of the College of Law Practice Management, a nonprofit organization for legal professionals.

Lee Shields, a certified public accountant and partner at Friedman L.L.P. in Marlton, has been elected to serve on the board of trustees of Samaritan Healthcare & Hospice.
