World Wide Stereo, a Hatfield electronics retailer, has promoted Emily Cole to director of e-commerce, from director of customer experience.

Wouch, Maloney & Co. L.L.P., Horsham, and Edward F. Burger & Associates L.L.C. have merged their accounting firms. Their combined practices will have offices in Horsham and Newtown, and Bonita Springs, Fla. Edward F. Burger joins the combined firm as principal.

Community College of Philadelphia has named Carol J. de Fries first vice president for workforce and economic innovation and Victoria L. Zellers general counsel. Fries had been vice president for marketing and business development for Philadelphia Industrial Development Corp. Zellers had been a member of the labor and employment department at Cozen O'Connor.

EisnerAmper L.L.P., Philadelphia, has hired Jimmy Mo as its Philadelphia director of nonprofit services. He had been a senior manager for Grant Thornton L.L.P. in Philadelphia.

Siemens Healthcare, Malvern, has appointed David Pacitti president of Siemens Medical Solutions USA Inc. and head of Siemens Healthcare's North America regional organization. Pacitti succeeds Gregory Sorensen, who served as president and CEO. Pacitti had been senior vice president of U.S. commercial, sales, marketing and operations at Abbott Vascular.
