Eskin, executive vice president/wealth management at Stedmark Partners at Janney Montgomery Scott; Richard J. Ferst, former chairman of CenterSquare Investment Management; Mark Fishman, copresident of GBG Kids; Lori Israelite, controller at Workplace Environments; L. Scott Levin, the Paul B. Magnuson Professor of Bone and Joint Surgery, chair of the department of orthopedic surgery, and professor of plastic surgery at Penn Medicine; Renee G.H. Sackey, executive committee member, Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia's Women of Vision; Jill Zipin, member of the executive committees for Women of Vision and Women's Philanthropy of the Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia; and Lynne Barrack, board member of the Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia.

Carol Martsolf has been elected to serve a three-year term on the American Society of Civil Engineers Region 2 Board of Governors. She is vice president at Urban Engineers, Philadelphia, and leads the firm's Training Institute.

Elwyn, a nonprofit human-service organization founded in 1852 that serves children and adults with a wide range of physical, intellectual, and developmental disabilities, has named William P. Lincke chairman of the board. He succeeds Joseph E. Pappano Jr., who remains a board member. Lincke is managing partner of the law firm Beatty Lincke in Media.

The Free Library of Philadelphia has elected Jeffrey Cooper to its board of trustees. Cooper is vice president for government and community affairs at the University of Pennsylvania.

Deborah Melamut Minkoff, vice chair of the global insurance department at Cozen O'Connor, was one of 26 women appointed by Gov. Wolf to serve on the Pennsylvania Commission for Women. The commission advises the governor on policies and legislation that affect women.

Arthur P. Pasquarella has been elected chairman of the National Kidney Foundation. Pasquarella, who donated a kidney to his brother, is principal and chief operating officer of Equus Capital Partners Ltd.

Wordsworth, Philadelphia and Fort Washington, a nonprofit provider of education, behavioral-health treatment, and child-welfare services, has named to its board Douglas Oliver, vice president of corporate communications at Philadelphia Gas Works, and Jeannette Williams, business-management consultant at MS2 Consulting.
