Malvern Federal Savings, the Paoli wholly owned subsidiary of Malvern Bancorp Inc., has promoted Karen Walter to chief operating officer, from senior vice president. Prior to joining the bank, she had been a consultant and chief operating officer at Inspire Federal Credit Union in Bristol. Kim Arnold has been hired as vice president, business development and private banking. She had been vice president, retail banking, for Fulton Bank in Warrington and vice president, private banking, for Mellon Bank in Philadelphia.

Garden Logan has joined the Philadelphia marketing communications agency Domus Inc. as account director, public relations. Logan managed her own public-relations practice specializing in arts, entertainment, and lifestyle clients.

Cabrini College, Radnor, has hired Steve Highsmith, a 1988 alumnus and former trustee, as vice president of institutional advancement. Highsmith had served as director of community relations and local programming/news at PHL 17 and has nearly four decades' experience reporting in the Philadelphia region.

TD Wealth Private Client Group, Exton, has named David R. Glickman market wealth leader for Metro Philadelphia. He had been a wealth director at PNC Bank in Philadelphia.

The publicly traded water utility Aqua America Inc., Bryn Mawr, has hired Karen M. Heisler as senior vice president and chief human-resources officer. Since 2012, she had been vice president of human resources and administration at UGI Utilities Inc.

Cipko is an attending physician in the section of neonatal-perinatal medicine at St. Christopher's. Dr. Cipko is also a physician of neonatal-perinatal medicine at St. Luke's, Bethlehem/Allentown as part of St. Christopher's Onsite Pediatric Partners .

Lichter-Konecki is the director of the Metabolism Program in the section of neurology at St. Christopher's and received her medical degree from Ruprecht-Karls-University Heidelberg, Germany.

Patel, MD, is an attending physician in the section of pediatrics at St. Christopher's. She attended medical school at Drexel University College of Medicine in Philadelphia and completed a residency program at St. Christopher's.

Snyder is an attending physician in the section of emergency medicine at St. Christopher's. Snyder received her medical degree from the Sidney Kimmel Medical College (previously Jefferson Medical College) in Philadelphia. Prior to joining St. Christopher's, she was associate medical director and general pediatrician at the Newborn Nursery at The Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia.

Tingo is an attending physician in the section of cardiology at St. Christopher's and received her medical degree from Eastern Virginia Medical School in Virginia.

Duane Morris L.L.P., Philadelphia, has promoted to partner Amanda E. Layton, an attorney in the employment, labor, benefits, and immigration practice group, and Jennifer A. Wieclaw, an attorney in the real estate practice group.

Fox Rothschild, Princeton, has named health-care attorney and partner Elizabeth G. Litten as the firm's first HIPAA privacy officer.

Attorneys John A. Zurzola and Douglas Andrew Rhoads have joined the Philadelphia law firm Weber Gallagher. Zurzola will be a partner in the firm's family law group based in Norristown; Rhoads will be an associate in the general liability group based in Philadelphia. Zurzola had been an associate at Willig, Williams & Davidson. Rhoads worked as an assistant district attorney in the District Attorney's Office of Philadelphia.

Continuing the growth and expansion of its Washington office, Cozen O'Connor has hired Nicole H. Sprinzen as a member of the firm's criminal defense and internal investigations practice. She had been senior counsel in Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld's white-collar defense and government investigations practice and prior to that, a prosecutor with the U.S. Department of Justice criminal division's fraud section.

TD Bank has named Anil Punjwani as assistant vice president, store manager, of a branch in Warminster. He had been a branch manager at TruMark Financial Credit Union in Levittown.

Global Tax Management Inc., Radnor, has hired Raymond Wynman to lead the firm's international tax practice as director, international tax. He had been a partner in Ernst & Young's international tax services practice.

The Philadelphia catastrophic-injury law firm Messa & Associates P.C. has hired Angelo Theodosopoulos as a junior associate. He held the same position at McLaughlin & Lauricella P.C.
