This summer, the restaurant is offering take-out coolers, custom-designed for your family's discerning palate.

Forget about soggy sandwiches and chips.

If you call ahead, then drop off your favorite cooler (or coolers), Rae executive chef Daniel Stern will pack it with the restaurant's summer specialties, including lobster salad, gazpacho, barbecued goodies and shrimp cocktail.
