OUTDOORS
Attention, Philly bikers: It's time, once again, to get naked. This weekend marks the third annual Philly Naked Bike Ride where riders can finally put those
cycle-sculpted bods on display. But the purpose of the ride
goes beyond ogling naughty bits: PNBR is meant to support an environmentally conscious lifestyle and promote a healthy body image. About 2,000 people showed up at last year's ride - double the first year's turnout - but not all of them were in the buff. While nakedness is encouraged, it's totally up to individuals how much skin they want left exposed to the elements and the prying eyes along the roadway. The route has changed this year, so potential participants must sign up on the website (phillynakebikeride.com) or follow the ride on Twitter and Facebook (facebook.com/groups/phillynbr, twitter.com/phillynbr) to find out where the route begins.
Location TBA, Sunday dusk, phillynakedbikeride.com.
